To increment the year groups for all the students that have a year group assigned to them all you need to is click the "Bulk Actions" button in the IDCapture Dashboard and then you will be presented with the following screen.
From this screen, just click the "Increment Year Group" button on the right of the screen.
It is strongly recommended that the incrementing of the year groups should only be done at the beginning or end of the school year.
