The online portal version of IDCapture has the facility to use the WONDE interface to your student data and use this data to add or update student data that is available to you in IDCapture.
Once your school has been setup with WONDE and IDCapture, please notify Monitor WA (support@monitorwa.com.au)so that the WONDE feature can be switched on for your school.
The initial sync will take some time as all your data is synced with any data that you have in IDCapture, and once the sync is completed you will receive an email stating how many records have been imported or added. Please note that the email address that this email will be sent to is the email address attached to the account that you are logged in with at the time of the sync.
The WONDE sync will use the Curriculum number to match students in the portal version of IDCapture, in the event that your schools WONDE data doesn't contain data in the Curriculum field then the data that is in the MIS_ID field will be used to match the students.
Once your first sync is completed any further syncs will only update records that have been added or changed since the last Wonde Sync Date that is displayed on the Wonde sync page.
