1. Remove the note acceptor from the KIOSK chamber.

2. Disconnect the note acceptor from the KIOSK. (Pull the cable out carefully to avoid damage on connector pins)

3. disconnect the sensor cable (Pull the cable out carefully to avoid damage on connector pins) 

4. remove cash collector

5. Unlock then pull out the sensor unit

6. Clean the sensor using a clean and moist-dry soft cloth. (Please make sure no excess water on the unit)

7. Check the note transport belt. If the belt is worn out. Contact MonitorWA for return to base service.
