1. Set the hostname to reflect the site
2. Create an admin user account ‘monitor’ password ‘monitor’ and all question answers ‘monitor’
3. Set auto login using account “monitor”
4. Install team viewer and add it to monsupport teamviewer computer list
5. Disable windows update in group policy
6. Disable “USB selective suspend setting”
7. Turn off “Background apps”
8. Enable “Make visual feedback for touch points darker and larger” 
9. Enable “Use the On-Screen Keyboard”
10. Install TC Lite software
11. Configure TC lite software
12. Add the MonitorWA folder in Windows security Virus protection
13. Clear desktop icons and system tray icons.
14. Make sure Windows is activated.
